Ripe plum fruits backed by a delicate touch of French oak. A mid-weight, complex wine with balanced tannins and intense red fruit flavours that will reward cellaring for 10+ years.

Has the ability to age for 15 + years and is best suited to rare beef or a rack of lamb with mint sauce and rosemary!

Yes. Medium-bodied in a good way. Meaty and spicy but well fruited too. Ticks many boxes. Jubey black cherry, anise, orange rind and sweet spices. Basically it's a lovely wine to drink”
